1. How to connect NOTELIVE to tablet/phone?

• Answer: Before using, please be sure to download and install NOTELIVE App on your device (for App downloading, please go to Google Play/App Store).

And there are two ways for you to connect in your preference.

• By searching device with Bluetooth:

  1. Open NOTELIVE App on your phone, and click the button at the top right          corner.

  2. Click Connect Via Bluetooth on the popup menu.

  3. Choose NOTELIVE to connect.

  4. Successfully connected.

• By scanning QR code:

  1. Open NOTELIVE App on your phone, and click the button at the top right          corner.

  2. Click Scan to Connect on the pop-up windows.

  3. Scan the QR code on NOTELIVE. NOTELIVE will automatically pair your phone when you open the notebook and the App again after the first successful connection.

2. Do I need to charge NOTELIVE when I first open the box?

• We recommend charging NOTELIVE when you first receive it if you plan to connect it to your device via Bluetooth. Please connect NOTELIVE to a PC using the USB cable inside your box

3. Can I replace the battery of the NOTELIVE?

• No, the battery is not replaceable.

4. Does NOTELIVE use the latest PenTech 3.0 technology?

• Yes, the pen that comes with NOTELIVE is the NOTELIVE Scribo Pen 2, featuring the NOTELIVE PenTech 3.0 technology.

5. Does NOTELIVE App support cloud storage?

• Currently, cloud storage for NOTELIVE App is not supported. Please kindly wait for the update in the future.

6. What format can I export my notes on NOTELIVE?

• Currently, NOTELIVE supports note exporting in pdf., Jpeg., mp4., NOTELIVE.

7. How do I sync previous notes on NOTELIVE to my new device?

• You can export the previous notes with NOTELIVE. format and import them to your new phone device. We introduced the sync process in the article.

8.How long will the ink in the ballpoint refill last?

• The ballpoint refill can be used with a length of about 400m.

9. How to connect NOTELIVE to my tablet/phone?

10. Can I connect NOTELIVE to my phone/tablet via a USB cable?

• Currently, NOTELIVE doesn’t support a wired connection to the phone/tablet.

11. Do I have to use NOTELIVE with NOTELIVE App?

• Yes, if you want to sync offline notes and handwriting, you need to use the NOTELIVE App.

12. Do I have to use a phone or tablet for NOTELIVE all the time?

• No, NOTELIVE supports offline storage of up to 50 pages of notes. You don’t need to connect the phone or tablet all the time. In addition, NOTELIVE supports Pen Tablet Mode, and you can connect NOTELIVE to your PC to start drawing.

13. How to connect NOTELIVE to my PC?

• NOTELIVE will start Pen Tablet Mode when connected to a PC. There are two ways for you to connect NOTELIVE to your PC, for wired and wireless connection. Please refer to this article to learn how to connect.

14. My computer does not support Bluetooth connection, how can I connect NOTELIVE to my PC in a wireless way?

• You may need to connect NOTELIVE to your PC via a USB-C cable, or you can connect NOTELIVE to your PC via a Bluetooth receiver.
